We began our journey in 1996 when our founder Matthew Geyman was a consultant for a successful City technology company. At his workplace, he saw first-hand the challenges that organisations faced when trying to meet all their IT requirements in-house. Skills gaps, and resource and budget limitations meant that companies were stuck in a tech rut unable to upgrade or scale to meet their needs.
Matthew saw the opportunity to provide genuine value based on his technical and industry knowledge. He started Intersys and soon found his client list growing, due to high demand for a strong service-based approach and technical expertise.
Twenty-three years on and Intersys is a highly respected IT support and consultancy provider with a broad portfolio of clients from SMEs to enterprise organisations. Today we have grown to a team of 30 and gained industry-wide recognition along the way. We hold UKAS accredited ISO27001 certification and are the winners of two IT Europa Awards.

1996 - Matthew Geyman founds Intersys
Matthew Geyman founds Intersys based on a genuine need within organisations for a proactive and security conscious IT support provider.
2006 - Catherine Geyman joins
Catherine Geyman joins the company as Director, Enterprise Risk Management. She brings a wealth of risk management experience and adds several blue chip companies to the Intersys client list.
2007 - Richard Geyman comes on board
Richard Geyman comes on board in 2007 and goes on to develop Intersys' forensic and broader product portfolio.
2017 - ISO 27001
Intersys gets ISO 27001 certification.
2018 - Intersys wins Best Government Utilities Solution of the Year
Intersys wins Best Government Utilities Solution of the Year at the IT Europa Awards for their patented SEN pupil progress tracking software SENtinel.
2019 - Intersys wins Best Managed Service Solution of the Year
Intersys wins Best Managed Service Solution of the Year at the IT Europa Awards.
