A construction company was looking to remedy a botched Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) migration undertaken by its previous IT provider who lacked the nuanced knowledge necessary for the project. The earlier IT provider had also created many practices that were subpar and hindering overall productivity. The client was keen to move on to a Microsoft-certified partner with in-depth experience in Microsoft 365 projects, migrations, administration and support.

There are technical complexities around migrating mass volumes of data from one email system to another. Intersys automated areas of the mail migrations to both optimise the process and ensure that users experienced as little disruption as possible.
A large portion of the work involved fixing errors caused during a previous attempt at mail migration (something we are called in to do very often) and in certain areas, starting again using best practice.
Intersys was also able to offer end-user training and guidance to the client which can be hard to find via Microsoft’s own 365 support.
