Your plan is likely to include unlimited phone and remote support, a dedicated engineer, procurement advice, backup management, cyber security, and options for both onsite and remote support. 24/7 support is also available as part of your package. It’s worth noting that, while solid cyber security is included as part of our MSP plans, this is not a ‘cyber security as a service’ (CSaaS) offer or a security operations centre (SOC). These are dedicated cyber security plans offering the highest level of security, which some clients choose in addition to MSP services.
