We were approached by a multinational pharma company specialising in women’s health, which had just been hit by a data breach. The company’s CEO had had their mailbox breached and was looking for a swift breach response service.

We set to work identifying the extent of the breach by creating a timeline of what had happened and what information had been compromised. We then set up security controls to ensure it didn’t happen again.
Our detailed work was invaluable to the client who then asked for a deeper cyber security analysis to identify any flaws in their existing defences. By now it was clear to the management that they needed a dedicated security operations centre to continually monitor their environment.

We worked closely with their heads of IT to review their threat landscape and ensure the necessary safeguards were in place. This included email attack simulations, dark web monitoring, internal and external vulnerability scanning and working with them consistently to implement new security features in Microsoft 365.
We also conducted cyber security training programs for the staff. A fully outsourced SOC service has proven to be not just cost-effective but also highly efficient in terms of providing a gold standard of cyber security.
