Among our clients is a non-departmental public body with a large overseas presence. Operating directly in several countries, it works with governments and civil society groups to help make countries’ political systems fairer. We provided them with a cost-conscious solution to their IT needs, by bringing in efficiencies to their security and systems.
The public body was looking for a more efficient IT service that would offer proactive 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support for their time-strapped, under-resourced in-house team. They wanted to stop ‘fighting fires’ and put in place systems that would allow more efficient, long-term solutions to be implemented. Their IT was outdated with computers that needed to be moved to Windows 10, and MS Office licences that needed upgrading.
