When Dixons decided to run an internal audit of their existing Business Continuity Management Framework, they turned to one of our subject matter experts for help.
Dixons already had a solid business continuity plan, so our first task was to make sure we had a thorough understanding of their existing framework, as well as the company’s structure, culture and operations.
Then, using our insights from working with other organisations across a wide variety of sectors, we mapped their existing framework against best practice. We made sure to clearly articulate where their existing framework was already the best approach, and where there were opportunities to improve.
