The Intersys leadership team provides the strategic focus and operational expertise that enables us to transform our clients’ IT. The team has formidable combined experience in IT support, technical strategy, and development operations. All our executive directors are hands-on and have worked with a wide range of industries. This means you get technical, as well as strategic guidance to help your operations scale while staying as efficient as possible.
After a few years in the London Insurance Market as an IT Manager for an underwriting firm, Matthew oversaw much of the progression from ‘green screen’ to Wide Area PC Networks.
In 1996, consulting for a successful City technology company, he formed Intersys and, in the following years, evolved it into the highly technical and customer focused organisation it is today. Matthew combines a deep understanding of operational issues with a strategic technical vision for each of our clients.
A solid pharmaceutical and engineering background, combined with a naturally analytical approach, led Catherine into enterprise risk management for ‘Big Pharma’. Catherine joined Intersys in 2006 and principally consults for blue chip clients.
Catherine also saw the opportunity to enhance the quality of risk managers’ decision making and set about using her strong technical and project management skills to lead the development of Intersys’ award winning Supply Chain Risk Management software tool, SCAIR.
Richard’s background is Law, Economics, and languages, but his fierce technical passion found a natural home when he joined Intersys in 2007.
Richard went on to develop Intersys’ forensic computing and broader product portfolio. His expansive knowledge of all things IT makes him the ideal Technical Director. His areas of expertise are:
