We are looking for a proactive and analytical 2nd Line Engineer to join our dynamic and growing Managed Services team, where you will be supporting a diverse range of cloud and server-based infrastructures for small to medium-sized organisations. You should demonstrate wide-ranging knowledge, experience and interest in technology.
Principally based in our Leadenhall Market office, the role is hybrid and will require regular London-based client visits, with occasional travel to clients outside of the South East and the UK. Exceptional customer service is critical to our success, so you must have a professional, flexible and personable approach to client relations.

The role:
- Supporting predominantly Microsoft 365-based products and end-users
- Managing prompt response and resolution of support calls within SLA
- Taking ownership of escalated incidents and requests from the 1st line team
- Routine customer site visits, typically within Central London
- Creating and maintaining documentation and processes
- Taking part in the on-call rota for out of hours weekend support
What we need you to have:
- 3+ years’ experience within a 2nd line user support role, preferably with an MSP
- Significant experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with basic network protocols
- Passionate about IT and technology
What we would like you to have:
- Prior employment within a Managed Service Provider
- Experience of working within an ITIL framework
- Mac OSX or Unix knowledge
- Knowledge of Watchguard, Google Workspace, Okta and ServiceNow products
