Intersys is Prepared for Coronavirus – And We Will Continue to Serve Our Clients
Last updated: 16th March 2020.
With the Covid-19 situation escalating, we want to reassure Intersys clients we have a resilient strategy for continuing our service to you.
To be clear, we plan to provide an uninterrupted service to you, so you can join us in adopting a resilient approach to the pandemic and protecting your organisation and people.
Below we have mapped out a few points that explain our strategy for maintaining this ‘business as normal’ approach:
We have a robust, fully audited, business continuity plan (BCP)
This is reviewed regularly as a component of our ISO27001 compliance framework and has recently been audited. It covers pandemic situations, such as the current Covid-19 scenario.
Our team is 100% ready for home-working and will continue to serve you
We tested our BCP’s pandemic scenario in February 2020, to ensure all of our team have great home-working environments. We even temporarily closed our London office completely: our office and helpdesk staff worked solely from home with zero interruption to clients. The entire Intersys team has the necessary equipment, facilities and services to function effectively and continue their roles from home, to ensure your uninterrupted service.
With the government’s request to increase social distancing, we will work remotely more frequently, to help keep our service and your business safer.
Of course, we will also continue any on-site work in line with government guidance (and your permission), following the scrupulous cleanliness measures we follow in our own workplaces.
We can help you prepare for home working – or other resilience measures
Do you require remote working solutions to continue to run your business effectively? Talk to us about introducing ‘Direct Access’ or a virtual private network (VPN) so your people can securely access your systems remotely, Virtual Desktops, better BYOD (Bring Your Own Device), video conferencing options (for meetings, school lessons or client service) or anything else you need.
Summing up: we’re in business and we want to help keep you in business
We hope our assurance of continued service gives you one less cause for concern at this difficult time. If you require a change in service as outlined above, do get in touch. We will take the time with you to listen to your concerns and help discover what you will need in terms of IT support to continue trading with as little disruption as possible.
